Vastu planned into the first sketch, balanced with light and air.
Space Designers plans Vastu-compliant homes in Kanpur, Lucknow, Jhansi and across Uttar Pradesh. Entrances, kitchens, bedrooms, puja rooms, staircases and water tanks are placed to the right directions under Vastu, while every room still gets daylight, cross-ventilation and a sensible layout.
Vastu is easiest to follow at the drawing stage. Moving a kitchen on paper costs nothing; moving it after the slab is cast means breaking plumbing, wiring and structure. Tell us at the first meeting how much Vastu matters to your family and the plan is built around it.

Common questions
Can a west- or south-facing plot be Vastu compliant?
- Yes. Vastu gives entrance positions for every facing. The architect's job is to find the right one on your plot and plan the rest of the house around it.
Do you follow Vastu strictly?
- As closely as your family wants. Where a rule conflicts with daylight, ventilation or the plot, we explain the trade-off and let you decide.
