Design approach

Light first

Openings are placed to follow the sun through the day and frame the best views.

Honest materials

Stone, timber and lime plaster chosen to age well and feel good to the touch.

Built to last

Passive cooling, deep overhangs and efficient systems keep running costs low.

Palm View Workspace began with a simple brief: a 680 m² space in Beverly Hills that feels generous without being grand. We organised the plan around a central court so every room borrows light and air, and kept circulation short so the house is easy to live in day to day.

Inside, a restrained palette of oak, travertine and lime-washed walls ties architecture and interiors together. Joinery was designed by the studio and built locally, with storage folded into walls to keep rooms calm and uncluttered.

Outside, deep terraces extend the living spaces into the landscape, shaded by overhangs that soften the afternoon heat and frame long views from every main room.
